Colleen Getley – Managing Director

Colleen has many years experience in recruitment. Before starting Getleys, Colleen enjoyed considerable success with one of the largest international recruitment consultancies. Within her first year of joining, she gained recognition as the top consultant and team manager for Australasia, travelling to London as part of a high performing Australasian team to address their UK conference. Colleen managed their Auckland branch for a number of years before deciding to start her own consultancy in 1993.

Colleen's passion for recruitment and service delivery excellence has continued to gain her success. In 2000 she was awarded runner up ASB Business Woman of the Year. Getleys is now recognised as a well respected recruitment agency in Auckland with a solid list of clients ranging from some of the country's largest corporates, to smaller privately owned businesses.
